This statement is made in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) to inform you about the purposes for which your personal data are collected, used and processed in connection with the “International Forum on China’s Economy and Policy 2025 – Economic Transformations in a Multipolar World” (“the Forum”).
根據《個人資料（私隱）條例》（第486章）的規定，本聲明旨在告知閣下有關「多極世界格局下的經濟變革—『中國經濟運行與政策』國際論壇2025」（下稱「論壇」）收集、使用及處理個人資料的目的及安排。

The Chief Executive’s Policy Unit (CEPU) will collect your personal data (including but not limited to your name, title, organisation, email address, and contact number) for the following purposes: To process registration and attendance for the Forum; to distribute the Forum-related information such as programme details, venue arrangements, etc.; for communication, statistical, and analytical purposes during and after the Forum; and to comply with all laws, enactments, ordinances, rules and regulations in force in Hong Kong for the time being and amended from time to time.
特首政策組將收集閣下於報名及參與論壇時所提供的個人資料（包括但不限於姓名、職銜、所屬機構、電郵地址、聯絡電話等），其主要用途包括：辦理論壇報名及出席登記；向參加者發放論壇資訊（包括論壇程序及場地安排等）；論壇期間及論壇後之通訊、統計及分析用途；以及遵守當前在香港特別行政區施行並不時修訂的所有法例、成文法規、條例、規則及規例。
The CEPU will take appropriate measures to safeguard your personal data. Such data will only be used by the organiser, co-organisers, and authorised service providers for the purposes stated above. Unless required by law or with your consent, your personal data will not be disclosed to any other third parties.
特首政策組將妥善保存閣下的個人資料，並僅限於為上述目的而由本論壇的主辦機構、協辦機構及授權服務供應商使用。除非法律要求或取得閣下同意，否則不會向其他第三方披露或轉移。
The provision of personal data is voluntary. However, failure to provide sufficient information may result in the CEPU being unable to process your registration or provide the relevant services.
閣下提供個人資料純屬自願；然而，如閣下未能提供所需資料，特首政策組或無法處理閣下的報名或提供有關服務。
In accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you have the right to request access to and correction of your personal data. Requests should be made in writing to the CEPU at 26/F, West Wing, Central Government Offices, 2 Tim Mei Avenue, Tamar, Hong Kong or by email to enquiry@cepu.gov.hk.
根據《個人資料（私隱）條例》，閣下有權查閱及更正所提供的個人資料。如欲提出查閱或更正要求，請以書面方式向特首政策組提出（地址：香港添馬添美道2號政府總部西翼26樓或電郵：enquiry@cepu.gov.hk）。
All personal data collected will be deleted within one (1) month after the conclusion of the event.
所有收集的個人資料將在活動結束後一個（1）月內刪除。
